The P3 Decant Facility Study is assessing the feasibility of a publicly owned, privately operated facility to serve public agencies and address regional capacity and accessibility challenges. Through research, economic analysis, and collaboration with a Technical Advisory Committee, the study will inform a customizable RFP and contract framework to support future decant facility development.
