Ultimately it will be part of a 66 km metro line linking suburbs such as Bankstown, Waterloo, the CBD, Chatswood, Epping and Tallawong. However, while the line is being converted, replacement buses will need to be run along the route of the closed line. Nobody likes train replacement buses, but things have been made worse by what I believe is a suboptimal choice of bus routes. There are better options for the routes of these train replacement buses, and in this video I'll explore those routes.
