As with every series (Minecraft, GTA, Fallout, etc) there are ideas and content that didn't make it into the final versions of the games we got. From the very start of the series with Arena all the way up to Skyrim there's been a plethora of stuff that went unused. We have missing cities, unused models, unfinished mechanics, ENTIRE SCRAPPED GAMES, and even some lost media, yeah I know right? Plenty from Daggerfall, Morrowind, and Oblivion and tbh not that much from Skyrim.
