In this video I am shooting the Leica 50mm APO Summicron #50mmaposummicron and 50mm Summilux #50mmsummilux on a Leica #leica SL to get a feeling for their look in real world scenarios. I would be curious to learn if you knew about the differences that I highlighted in this video between these two lenses. I learned a lot while shooting this video and now it is clear to me that between the APO Summicron and the Summilux the max aperture is not the main distinguishing factor. I did this video out of personal curiosity as well as popular demand after I released my video on the 50mm APO Summicron on digital vs. analog. Many of you wanted to know what the difference to the Summilux is.
