WvW spear tempest roaming footage. Oh boy. Finally. New elementalist caster weapon. If that cannot bring me back to GW2 then nothing can. But wait. General opinion is that ele spear sucks and nobody plays it? Hmmm, challenge accepted. After few months of practicing and dying to stupid and less stupid mistakes and general ganking, my humble opinion is that spear in fact does not suck - at least not when played on tempest. It is not a top-tier weapon in any way for roaming or duels, but it's not really that bad as some people make it sound. Compared to staff I actually like it better, because it has what staff has been always missing; an effective burst when used correctly.
