One of the funnest recipes I've made with my nephew, he really loves to cook. A great play on cinnamon buns; this sticky bun recipe is stacked with Sweet Stache flavor. A great dough rolled with cinnamon and a great Caramel/toffee/butterscotch topping. Make a batch or two and share with your friends and family. Stache you next time. Check my nephew out @R&Rtoyvision 480g Flour 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda Salt 180g Cold Butter 375ml Buttermilk Combine all dry ingredients, cut in the cold butter until you achieve pea size in texture. Now add the buttermilk but be careful to not over mix. Filling: 45g Soft Butter 20g Sugar 50g Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Topping: 90g Butter 225g Brown Sugar 125ml Heavy Cream Pinch of Sea Salt. Melt butter and brown sugar together in a pan. When the sugar has completely dissolved take off the heat and carefully add the cream. Roll out your dough into a large rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Combined all of the filling a spread generously over the top of the rolled out dough. Now roll the dough with the filling into a log and cut out 12 even buns. Place topping inside muffin tins, place buns into the tin and poor more sauce on top. Place in a 350 Degree preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-30 mins, just as you reach gooey perfection.
