Tie-dye pattern : Monochromatic Vortex

In this video I demonstrate how to tie-dye a monochromatic vortex pattern on a t-shirt. To begin we start with the drawing on our design and pleat folding the shirt. Next we apply our liquid procion dye to the shirt. Then we let the material batch for 24 hours and give it a good rinse. After that we throw the shirt in our dawn dish soap bath to help keep the white areas white for 2 cycles of 30 minutes before throwing in the washer with syntrapol and letting hang dry.
