Usually associated with organic sounding downtempo like his releases on Shika Shika, he also explores darker and faster territories, always with warmth. For this EP, 1992, he went for a clubbier sound, crafting different blends of his rhythmic culture with elements from the european rave sound, from techno to trance & bass music. Using analog hardware and his broad musical experience, Diego wanted to give a form to his feelings of the last years : being on a new continent yet feeling at home, far from his original family but fascinated by the freshness of discovering new things.
