Vermicelli Pasta Salad - A Delicious Salad that’s so Fresh!

Vermicelli Pasta Salad 16 ounce box Vermicelli pasta 1 1/2 Tablespoons Accent Seasoning 2 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt 1/3 cup oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 3/4 cup green pepper, diced 3/4 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 2 carrots, grated 2 cans (2.25 ounce each) sliced black olives 1 cup Real Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Break pasta into fourths. Cook 6 to 8 minutes in boiling water. Drain well. Stir together the Accent, seasoned salt, oil, and lemon juice. Pour over the drained pasta and stir to coat all the Vermicelli. Marinate in the refrigerator for one or two days. Before serving the pasta salad, stir together the green pepper, onion, celery, carrots, black olives, mayonnaise, and Parmesan.
