The Polylok channel and trench drain design isn’t just a great design; it’s engineered with a smooth installation in mind. Each 4’ segment can be joined together, or cut into 1’ increments. The grate is reversible – one side is flat, the other side is convex. All pieces are ADA compliant. Each trench and channel section has anchor spots for rebar (to hold it down when filling around it), two sections to install 2x4s (to help with leveling and anchoring), and each 1’ section has a drainage port. The drainage ports accept 3” and 4” SCH40 pipe or 4” SDR35 pipe. All accessories are manufactured in the same color as the trench for seamless installation.
