This was the first real flight on my custom-built Li-ion battery — a long-range test that didn’t go as planned. What started as a simple test flight turned into something else entirely. This video documents the first real flight using my custom-built 6S2P Li-ion battery pack. At the start, I explain why I built this battery and what I wanted to test during this flight. On the way to the launch spot, I go over the plan — then we move into the actual flight footage with full OSD data. Mid-flight, things take an unexpected turn.
