More than just a corporate HQ, Unity Place is a vibrant and inclusive space built as Santander UK’s HQ but also as a space accessible to the wider community. Unity Place is over half a million sq ft and spans across 7 storeys. This landscraper has pushed workplace design to new levels and merges amenity with flexibility. The ground floor is fully open to the public, offering retail, leisure, and curated events – a true paradigm shift in how corporate buildings serve the community. Designed by LOM, the development champions placemaking, sustainability, and accessibility.
