Ingredients: • 500 g cucumbers • 1 head of garlic • Dill and parsley (with stems) • Black peppercorns • 1 liter cold water • 1 tablespoon salt • 1 bay leaf Method: Trim the ends of the cucumbers. Peel, crush, and slice the garlic. Place chopped dill and parsley at the bottom of the jar with the garlic and peppercorns. Pack the cucumbers upright as tightly as possible. Add a bay leaf and remaining herbs. Dissolve salt in water and pour over the cucumbers. Leave at room temperature for 24 hours, then refrigerate for 2 days. Crispy, fresh, and full of flavor — enjoy!
