Or team built and designed this custom manipulator arm with vacuum tool end effector to grip, lift, pitch, and rotate large vehicle roof liners. Our ergonomic solution provided our customer with reduced labor costs, improved safety, efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. The arm features: vertical limit stops, portable base with forklift pockets, leveling feet, 360-degree rotation with pneumatic brake on the mast, 330-degree rotation with pneumatic brake on the secondary arm, and 360-degree non-continuous rotation with friction brake on the end effector tool. The vacuum tool features up/down controls, grip/release controls with common button, 90-degree pitch control, 90-degree rotation control, arm/tool brake deadman trigger controls, and vacuum gauge.
