GS- Diameter is about 10.3 mm ( Normal up to 18mm with no fetal pole) corresponding 04 wks 0 days of gestation. Decidual rim appears normal. No intrauterine collection is seen. Cervical canal is clear. Myometrium – appear normal and no focal lesion is seen within the myometrium Right Ovary: Normal in size and echogenicity. Measuring volume2.45 ml. Left Ovary: A cystic mass noted measuring 2.55cm. Cul-de-Sac: free of any fluid collection. Early pregnancy of 4wks 0 days without fetal pole.
