Inside these walls at Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital, I met dedicated and caring professionals who guided me on the path to healing. They showed me that there is a way out of the darkness, no matter how deep it may seem. They taught me that recovery is a journey, and it's not always linear. There will be good days and bad days, but each day is a step forward.
