Don't forget to subscribe Facebook & Instagram is AZANGELFACT Ingedients rice: 2,5 cups of good quality basmati rice soaked in water for 1 hour 7 to 8 cups of water in a pot 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp of salt (or according to taste) 2 to 3 bay leaves 2 black cardamom 2 star anise 5 to 6 cloves 2 mace 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp black pepper 1/4 piece of nutmeg Ingredients chicken: 4 chickenlegs cut in 3 pieces 3/4 cup of oil 3 medium size onions sliced 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 3/4 cup of yoghurt 3 potatoes cut in 4 pieces. If the potatoes are medium size 4 potatoes in 2 pieces Fresh Biryani masala (or use Sindhi Biryani mix:) 1,5 heaped tsp salt (or according to taste) 3/4 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp crushed coriander 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp cloves powder 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder a pinch of orange food colour a drop of kewra water mix this and add this to your chicken Garnishing: 3 medium size tomatoes sliced 1/2 cup of chopped mint leaves 3/4 cup of yoghurt 5 dried prunes 3 to 4 chopped green chillies 3 to 4 drops of kewra water less than 1/4 tsp of orange food colour mixed in 2 tbsp of water cloth or foil to cover pot.
