It offers property developers and investors a complete service package – from concept development, design, and engineering to the efficient fabrication and expert assembly of timber elements. The company manages everything from start to finish, with its own design team, factory, and construction company. At its plant in Limbaži, Latvia, the company manufactures CLT, Glulam, and prefabricated elements. The factory produces up to 50,000 m2 of CLT and 8,000 m3 of Glulam per shift – with the capacity to double production when needed. Kalvasta Timber is part of the Kalvasta companies.
