Hey bakers!💕 Hope you are having a lovely summer!! In this video, I show you how to make these cute, delicious orange crinkle cookies. Hope you enjoy this video and don’t forget to Like and Subscribe🧡 Ingredients: 1 ½ cup all purpose flour ¼ teaspoons salt ¼ teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoons baking soda ½ cup unsalted butter softened 1 cup granulated sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 large egg 1 teaspoon orange zest 1 tablespoon orange juice ½ cup powdered sugar ½ cup granulated sugar Orange food coloring (optional) Process: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the orange zest with the sugar to help enhance the citrus flavors 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside. 4. In an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Next add the vanilla, egg, and orange juice and mix until combined. I added some orange food coloring before adding the dry ingredients 5. Slowly add the flour mixture until just combined. I gradually added more food coloring until I was satisfied. 6. Measure a heaping teaspoon of dough and roll into a ball then roll it in a thin layer of granulated sugar then roll in the powdered sugar. The granulated sugar will help prevent the powder sugar from melting. 7. Place the cookies onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes or until bottoms begin to barely brown and cookies look dry and crackled. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes, before transferring them to a cooling rack.
