Rocky Yadav, son of ruling party JDU MLC, Manorama Devi, allegedly shot dead a 19 year old youth, Aditya in Gaya because he overtook the SUV of Rocky. The father of the accused, Bindeshwar Yadav and his body guard has been send to 14 days judicial custody by local court while Rocky Yadav remains absconding. Rocky's parents allege that their son is innocent and there is a political conspiracy to defame the family. Opposition Party BJP had earlier called a bandh in the state protesting over the death of the Aditya.
