It's that time of the year again, folks, and the Raidlight Arc of Attrition is just around the corner! The Arc of Attrition is a super challenging 100 mile footrace put on by Mudcrew Events down here in Cornwall. The race starts in the sleepy fishing village of Coverack and you then follow the ups and downs of the Cornish Coast Path all the way to Porthtowan. Over the 100 miles you pass through some stunning locations like Lizard Point, St Michaels Mount, the Minack Theatre, Cape Cornwall, St Ives and the iconic Land's End.
