In the year 2000, on New Year’s Eve, the Miyazawa Family were found to have been brutally murdered in their house in Setagaya, in Tokyo, Japan. In this true crime documentary, we take a look at the case which has come to be known as "The Setagaya Family Murders". Strangely, it appeared as if the killer had remained in the house for hours after their deaths, doing extremely unusual things such as eating ice cream, using their computer, and filling their bathtub with personal belongings. And shockingly, the house was completely covered in forensic evidence: not only was the killer’s DNA, blood and fingerprints left all over the scene, but he had left his entire outfit and various belongings in the house too. Yet despite all of this evidence, after nearly 25 years no suspect has been identified, and the case remains unsolved.
