Longest Auto Rack Trains Ever Passing Next To Abandoned Paper Mill, CSX Train With DPU & Train Station Being Moved To This Site! Close look at where the old Baltimore & Ohio Railroad station will be moved. Norfolk Southern grain train passes the station on CSX tracks. Amtrak passes the station on the Indianapolis Sub that goes by it at the wye. The derailment that I filmed happened just south of the station where the Indianapolis Sub ties into the CSX Toledo Sub. I put up a video recently telling about the train station being moved a short distance. This time we see the foundation for the station that was recently constructed. I filmed the NS grain train and then went just a few hundred feet north of the new station location to film a couple of CSX auto racks trains passing. Look how long these trains are! They look awesome passing the industrial area where the paper mills are. The big blue building is vacant and is being vandalised. That is a shame because it use to be a major landmark for this area and always looked really nice. I think it would be a great location for condos or apartments. The view of the trains from that building is unbeatable. This area is actually pretty nice for watching trains. Hamilton gets a bad name due to a few people committing crime but I always feel safe here. Its not as bad as its reputation. I will admit that I was a little surprised that someone let their little girl play on the streets by herself with a scooter. You can see her pass by me a couple times while the trains are passing. I wouldn't let my girls do that unless I was with them. Anyway, what do you think about all the auto racks that were passing through? There was a DPU at 21:10 cruising by and sounding really cool. I love that sound. If you count the auto racks on these trains you should be up for an award! The Golden Train Award for excellence in rail fanning. Lol.
