An small video showing the capabilities of Salesforce for the small business. Summary: With the Pro-Suite license, which is 100 USD per user per month, we have access to 5 active flows, and visual force pages. We don't have access to create Apex classes, nor nothing related to Apex. However, using 1 single flow, we can program different processes into the same flow, to comply with the limitation. Flows are a very capable and powerful tool that can automate a lot of processes inside the business, so it could be an interesting offer for any small business who wants to have a system that is fast to implement, scalable, and with point-and-click features, no need to contract a developer.
