In case you need a little refresher, EMOM stands for: every minute on the minute. I will take you through 4 total rounds, each being 8 minutes in length. Each minute, you will perform 4 total exercises for 4 reps each. Whatever time is left in that minute will be your rest and recovery. But, please don’t feel rushed and focus on your form and technique! Now that you know what’s in store for your workout, let’s talk about equipment. Since we will alternate between boxing drills, kickboxing combos and full-body strength training, you will want to grab a set of dumbbells and optional light hands. Here's a sneak peek of the rounds.
