Little Snowie 2 Blade Change

So the time has come, you have made so many delicious shaved ice that it is time to change the blade in your Little Snowie 2 Shaved Ice Machine. Well, today we spend some time with Justin, one of our Shaver Techs to have him teach us how to properly change the blade in the Little Snowie 2 Ice Shaver. Just as a review, I am going to write some of the major points of the video here: Make sure your Little Snowie 2 Ice Shaver is TURNED OFF! Using a Phillips screw driver, remove the screw that is just above the top shaper. Tilt your hopper back so there is a gap between the blade housing and the ice hopper. Stick a Regular screw driver under the blade from the front of the shaver. There is a small slot at the middle bottom of the blade. Twist the Regular screw driver so that it forces the blade upwards. When the blade rises above the blade housing, Use that same regular screw driver to push the blade towards the center of the shaver. When the blade pops back, reach in from the top and pull the blade up and out. Place your new blade with the slot at the bottom in between the two edges in the blade housing that help hold the blade in place. Lift your ice hopper a bit to make this process a bit easier. When the blade is mostly in place, use a Regular screw driver and place it at the base of one of the blade slots then push the blade until it snaps into place.
