''it's a small world'' Europe Room Through the Years (NOT MY FOOTAGE)

This will probably be the longest through video I will do for Disneyland's ''it's a small world''. The Europe room is the third and longest room in Disneyland's ''it's a small world'. The room represents the country's of Sweden, Denmark, England, France, Spain, Scotland, Ireland, Holland, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany. This video is a compilation of only videos of the room from the ride's opening at Disneyland in 1966 to the present due to the sheer amount of videos covering the room in it's early days. The video begins with Silent films of the ride from the 60's and 70's and early 80's including a few extremely rare sound film from 1970, 1977, and 1981. Due to the silent nature of these films I overlaid the video with the actual audio played on the ride and added an echo effect to make it realistic. Then there are the VHS recordings which span the video from 1982-2001. The video end with some HD videos including a rare one from 2007. The room has gone under many changes that I wont list here other than the Disney Characters added in 2009 which were a very controversial addition to the ride because they were a distraction from the rides message. As I mentioned in the last video the soundtrack has overgone many more changes over the years. In 1966 the room played the Original 1964 Bobby Hammack Audio. Sometime in the 1970's (most likely 1976) the original audio was damaged so Disney made necessary changes too the audio such as adding the Main Theme instrumentals in the background. In 1993 Disney wanted to bring back the original 1964 recordings however they were believed to be lost so instead Disney added the John Debney Paris soundtrack into the ride. In 2003 Disney found the original recordings so they restored them back to the ride, and now the room (mostly) plays the same audio it did in 1966. The Asia room will becoming The day of this premier or Tomorrow as it is already finished. I hope you enjoy this video. I do not own any of the images, video, or audio used in this video.
