Thousands of farmers from Punjab and Haryana have begun their 'Dilli Chalo' protest march towards the national capital as the BJP ruled Haryana state government has taken preventive measures by arresting prominent protest leaders and sealing the borders of the state with Punjab in order to bring an end to this anti-farm law agitation demonstrated by angry farmers of the country. The protests are against the recently passed farm laws by farmers of the states of Haryana, Punjab, and parts of western Uttar Pradesh and have continued for more than a month now. Barricades put up over the last 48 hours and section 144 has also been imposed.
