WE TAKE ON TIGER at Paraparaumu Beach - PART 1 | Course 21 of 378 | New Zealand

This is Part 1 of 2, where we take on Tiger Woods' best round when he played Paraparaumu Beach in the 2002 New Zealand Open. He carded a 67 in the 3rd Round on his way to finish in a tie for 6th. The winner that year was Craig Perry. Paraparaumu Beach is located in the Kapiti Coast, around 50 minutes north of Wellington. The golf course is known as one of the true links courses New Zealand has to offer. It is a par 71 from the back tees, with rolling links fairways bounded by deep rough, straight drives are a necessity. We played a scramble from the back tees with the goal of shooting 66 or better to beat Tiger's 67! We were lucky on the day as the wind remained calm throughout. The course was in excellent condition, as always. The cost to play as a New Zealand resident is $110 and the international fee is $225 NZD. Paraparaumu is absolutely a bucket-list course for any golfer. There is no cash alternative. There are no other options for this first entry. There will be other chances in future videos to fill the other two Amateur slots, to play with Sean. You cannot buy or create more than one entry for this video. 9) The entry date starts on the release of this video, 21/03/25 and runs until the day of the draw. 10) The draw will take place on 09/03/25. 11) The winner will be chosen at random by entering all subscriber names of those who are subscribed, and have commented, into a spreadsheet. We will then ask chatGPT to select a random number between 1 and the total number of entries. The corresponding number with the line in the spreadsheet, will be the winner. For example, if chatGPT chooses number 34, whichever subscriber is listed in cell 34A, wins the draw. You must be able to attend on the date. The prize does not cover any other expenses you may incur, including but not limited to; travel, accommodation, food, drink, golf equipment, equipment hire, insurance, injury.
