Ingredients: 1 cup Flattened Rice (Atukulu / Poha) 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Aavalu) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jilakara) 1 tsp Urad Dal (Minapappu) 1 tsp Chana Dal (Pachi Senaga Pappu) 2-3 Green Chilies (Chopped) 1/4 cup Cashews (Jeedipappu) 2 tbsp Peanuts (Veru Changa Pappu) 1 Onion (Chopped) 1 tsp Curry Leaves (Karivepaku) 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (Podina) 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Pasupu) Salt to taste 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Kothimeera) Step-by-Step Method: 1. Wash 1 cup flattened rice well and drain. 2. Heat oil in a pan. 3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. 4. Add chopped green chilies, cashews, and peanuts. Fry well. 5. Add chopped onions and fry until golden. 6. Add curry leaves and fry well. 7. Add mint leaves and fry. 8. Add salt and turmeric powder, mix well. 9.
