Yogurt - 800 grams / 28 oz Cheese - 150 grams / 5 oz Eggs - 3 pcs Black pepper - 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg - 1/2 tsp. Salt - 1/2 tsp. Method of preparation Fry the onion and carrots for 3 minutes on a moderate heat (7th degree). We salt. Add the minced meat, fry for 3 minutes on a moderate heat (degree 6).
