Simple instructions on how to install the game, and optionally to install the HDN mod if you want it; 1. go to http://www.americanconquest.info/ 2. click the AC: Divided Nations banner 3. find the english version download links at the bottom, this will download an already installed, working folder of the game. 4. if the game doesn't run, and it very probably won't if you have a Win 7 or newer OS, download Verok' GL wrapper and place it where dmcr.exe is located 5. now you have a playable copy of AC:DN Optional: install HDN 6. Be warned that this is a multiplayer only mod, there's no AI, and it's American Civil War only (no other factions) 7. download HDN from the link I provided above https://1drv.ms/u/s!AtdDH_ZlQ1n-k2aAL... 8. Run the launcher and follow instructions (direct it to DN's directory) 9. let it update your folder (it will download the mod files from DN's server, hosted by the modmaker [HWK]Garnier, I believe it's hosted on mastersofthefield.com, the club where the most prominent american conquest mods were made) 10. finished.
