The recipe I used was: 90 grams white chocolate 30 grams heavy cream 1. combine the two ingredients and zap in the microwave for 30 seconds. 2. Stir well, and pop back into the microwave for another 10 seconds if the chocolate hasn't dissolved completely. Drip over cake as desired. Thank you for watching! I have been in the mood for something colourful for quite some time and realized, I have never actually made a striped cake on this channel. In all honesty, striped cakes using buttercream was always daunting for me because I am extremely anal about home well the colours blend. I'm about 85% happy with the results of this cake ;) But once you add on all the decorations, it really looks just fine. I will be making this cake again for my dads birthday this weekend, but with black and white stripes, gold drip and chocolate decorations (ohhh yeaaahh..)
