These Locals Were Shocked at this Amazing Transformation! But the real question is where are the owners!? This property is of high value in the community and could be very beneficial!! Welcome back to the channel everyone!! In this weeks episode I went out into the city of Fort Pierce to find a property in the community that could use a touch of love. I had a property in mind that I would like to invest in one day if it’s still available. This property is located in Sheraton Plaza right off of 25th street. It was once a convenience store years ago but due to poor management it was shut down and left like this. A MESS! Full of overgrown grass and now being vandalized. Me and Al cut this property last year and at that time I knew this building was valuable. I have been riding past it ever since and watched the grass grow right back. No one cares to maintain it and sad part is they cut the lot right next to it just to leave this property ugly and overgrown. This property can be seen from 25th street and it’s an eye sore! Also with it being a high traffic area for cars bikes and people on foot lots of trash has been tossed and collected on the property. I have been really wanting to work on the property and I choose this week to do it! I also was able to meet a blood relative for the first time through working here and that is beyond amazing to me! I have never known or met many of my family members on my Mom's side from her Father and this gentleman who approached me is a Harris which is my mom’s maiden name! Youll never guess how we found out we were related!!
