Kris Rivenburgh takes you through a tour of the Accessibility Tracker platform, covering the major features and recent updates that make it the most complete accessibility platform available. The demo spans pricing, project management, AI tools, scan and monitoring, VPAT generation, and more. What immediately sets Accessibility Tracker apart from other platforms is that it is audit-based rather than scan-based. This distinction matters because audits track full WCAG conformance, while scans only capture a fraction of accessibility issues and produce skewed results. Building on an audit foundation means the data inside Accessibility Tracker reflects the true state of accessibility for any digital asset. No other software comes close. Pricing is transparent and published directly on the site with no sales demo required. Plans start at $19 per month for a single project and scale up to $999 per month for 100 projects. All plans can be purchased month to month or at a discount for six-month, annual, or two-year terms. Add-on enhancements in the marketplace allow users to customize their plan with extras like additional VPAT credits, projects, team members, issues, and AI interaction credits, so no one has to upgrade to the next full plan just to get one additional feature. Inside a project, users get analytics showing total issues, issues fixed, and other key metrics along with data visualizations. The core of the platform is the issue tracking view, where audit report data is uploaded and organized. Issues can be assigned to team members, and the status of each issue can be updated through a workflow that moves from open to completed to validated or flagged as needs work. Two prioritization formulas help teams decide what to fix first: user impact ranks issues by how many people are affected and the severity of that impact, while risk factor ranks issues based on exposure to serial website accessibility litigation in the United States. Each individual issue includes detailed audit data, screenshots, and notes. Five built-in AI tools are available at the issue level: custom prompt, simplify and explain, alternative approaches, WCAG standards, and detailed technical answer. The detailed technical answer is especially useful for developers, streaming step-by-step guidance, code snippets, and implementation recommendations for each specific issue. This reduces validation rounds, speeds up remediation, and helps teams finish projects faster with greater accuracy.AI Insights is a portfolio-level feature that lets users ask questions across all of their projects. Quick actions and custom prompts pull from live audit data, so responses reflect the current status of every project. AI-generated progress reports provide executive-level summaries suitable for leadership, management, or record keeping, and each report can be shared via link. The scan and monitoring feature, added by popular demand, is completely separate from the audit-based tracking system. Users can enter URLs, name their scan, select a WCAG conformance level, and schedule scans to run once, daily, weekly, monthly, or on custom days. Results break down into unique issues and total occurrences, with each occurrence showing the relevant code and guidance on what needs to be fixed. While scans are limited in what they can detect, they offer a quick way to flag automated issues and can serve as ongoing monitoring. VPAT generation is another major capability. Users can generate a VPAT for the WCAG edition based on the current status of their audit report. The output closely matches the official template maintained by the Information Technology Industry Council. The generated VPAT can be shared via an online link or downloaded in Word format. Because AI is involved in populating the document, manual review is still necessary before treating it as a finalized ACR. Additional VPAT editions are planned for 2026.Accessibility Tracker is built by Accessible.org to streamline every aspect of accessibility project management.
