What is the healthiest water to drink? An important question. We should probably think back to what our ancestors had to drink. Ideally, they would drink collected rain water, distilled by the sun and devoid of any contaminants. If they couldn't get distilled, they would drink ground water, preferably from moving water. Full of minerals, but potentially containing dangerous bacteria and/or viruses. Today we don't have to worry very much about parasites, bacteria and/or viruses in our water, but we do have to worry about plastics, chemicals, and other toxins in our water.
