The original orchard and packing shed is in Ashton, but the company owns and operates a number of orchards at other locations in the Adelaide Hills and surrounds. The company uses biological sustainable agriculture, and is always looking for improved biological controlled technology to compliment the environment. In this regard, the company is developing a waste water treatment plant so that all water used in fruit preparation, packaging and processing will be naturally refined to a high quality, allowing recycling on the Ashton orchards. Ashton Valley Crush Juice is produced in the picturesque Adelaide Hills in a new plant nestled amongst our apple and pear trees. The surrounding orchards provide the wholesome fresh fruit which is diced and pressed to extract the wholesome goodness of the juice. After light pasteurization, the juice is bottled into glass. This maintains the product freshness for months and it needs no refrigeration until the bottle is opened. For those who prefer a clear juice, we use a state-of-the-art ultra-filter to produce juice of remarkable clarity.
