When I say "Black Swan," you might immediately think of BTS dancing in either white or black outfits, perhaps in the theater where the official music video takes place or on one of the incredible sets from their live performances. You might think of black-feathered wings, or the elegant but challenging choreography meant to evoke the look of swans. But "Black Swan" has so many layers that make it an incredibly special song. What is the symbolism of a black swan? What does that represent? How does it relate the theme of the shadow? What does it mean to "do your thang"? And most importantly, how do all of these themes come together in BTS's music video and in the art film that came along with it?
