This official teaching video issued by the International Academy for Ultrasonic Surgery and Implantology shows the correct surgical procedure of the INTRALIFT-sinuslift in a patient case as described in the written surgical protocol: first the entire left sinus is augmented via a single 3mm transcrestal approach purely prepared with the Piezotome and TKW-INTRALIFT-tips and 3 implants inserted simultaneously. You might NOT change the detachement process with TKW 5 (Piezotome Mode D3, 30ml/min, 5 seconds) in ANY CASE EVER (!!!!) since these are the optimal settings for the sinus-membrane detachment corresponding EXACTLY to the average biomechanical properties of the sinus-membrane and it´s attachement to the bony sinus-floor by the Sharpey-fibres.
