Long Covid Update - Internal Tremors and Disease Severity The field with regard to long Covid knowledge is rapidly expanding. And that rapid expansion does allow us to slowly understand understand what is going on with this disease. One of the biggest problems for long Covid, is that it's a new, and currently not properly understood pathology. As such, patients will often talk about symptoms which don't initially make sense to the Medical community. We often hear patients talking about symptoms that don't fully make sense to us in medicine, and often that is due to a lack of medical vocabulary, and it is our job as clinicians, to try to work out what the patient is suffering from. However, sometimes we don't understand what is being discussed, as it transpires a patient is experiencing new symptoms. A new paper has come light with regard to a symptom that patients often comment about that being internal tremors. The fact is that we are unable to measure it, doesn't reduce the validity to the symptoms, and given the frequency with which it is now occurring, certainly confirms, its existence. What this recent paper is highlighting, is that not only is this a perplexing symptom, but potentially a symptom indicating the severity of Patient's Covid is quite significant.
