They are made from proprietary aquatherm fleece, which is a really nice stretchy waterproof material that dries very fast and can be cleaned by simply wiping. No waterproofing is required, and can be used on multi-day trips or expeditions as they are so versatile. You can add socks, a relief zip or have them made to measure.
