This gentle Havening session is designed to support self-confidence and self-belief using the “What if” technique. Rather than forcing affirmations or trying to make ourselves feel confident, this practice invites the mind to gently consider new possibilities. By asking “What if”, we reduce internal resistance and allow confidence to arise naturally, without pressure or effort. During this session, you’ll be guided through calming Havening touch while listening to a series of “What if” phrases. You’re welcome to repeat the phrases out loud or quietly in your own mind, at your own pace. Havening Techniques use gentle, repetitive touch to support deep relaxation and emotional regulation. Many people experience a sense of calm, ease, or openness during these practices. This session is suitable for: • Building self-confidence • Reducing self-doubt and self-criticism • Letting go of shame or judgment • Creating a calmer, more supportive inner state You may pause the video at any time, repeat sections, or return to it whenever you need a gentle reset.
