EDIT: People are asking for help when I cannot give it, like I said in the note I am by no means any expert and I just did what so happened to help me, if this method doesn't work for you I would suggest trying other tutorials to see if that helps. NOTE: I am no expert on this nor can I give you any helpful information if this doesn't work! I only did what helped me add new brushes/textures to the program, I highly suggest looking towards more and better tutorials than this since this may not work for everyone! Omg my voice...no EDIT: The brushes and effects were downloaded from deviantArt, I would suggest just looking there for brushes and effects to use. The brushes I used were from here: http://youkomi.deviantart.com/art/Pai... If this doesn't work it might be the program or OS your using so I would highly suggest just searching on Google for tutorials to help since I am no expert on the subject
