RC DRIFT Session 02 @ Super-G Drift Arena

🙂 Yosh! 🎬 This footage was recorded during a Tuesday evening @ Super-G Drift Arena in Baldwin Park, CA. 🚗 I made a lot of changes chasing the setup of my MST RMX 2.5 RTR, and it seems to be working. The car feels faster on the track, I’ve gained a lot more rear traction since I first started driving it, and it just makes drifting more fun overall. 📷 The DJI Osmo Nano camera has been great so far. The magnetic mounting just works perfectly; the only thing I can’t do is change the viewing angle mid-drift; this would require a 360 camera for better effects. We’ll see when Black Friday rolls around 😮 🚙 This time the footage included a lot of people drifting with a variety of chassis, from my MST to the popular Yokomos; there’s even a Redcat RDS and a 3Racing Sakura D6 in the footage. Highlighted this time is the HKS wagon - Pat’s Yokomo RD 2.0 with a Barell carbon fiber chassis. Pat’s been instrumental in helping me learn how to tune for RWD drift, and I owe a lot to him for all the tips and pointers he’s given me since I came back to the hobby.
