Building Back Better: How to Sustainably Restructure our Way of Living The 2020 Food for Thought Lecture Series The annual Food for Thought Public Lecture Series is entering its 21st season of bringing timely science topics to the community: our neighbours, alumni, students, staff and faculty! Jan Adamowski is a Full Professor in the Department of Bioresource Engineering in the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at McGill University. He came to McGill in 2009 as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Associate Professor (with tenure) in 2014, and Full Professor in 2020. At McGill, he is a William Dawson Scholar (similar to a Canada Research Chair - Tier 2), and the Liliane and David M. Stewart Scholar in Water Resources. Jan is also an Adjunct Professor in the Institute for Water, Environment and Health at the United Nations University (the UN Think Tank on Water).
