I just discovered a nasty trick about the GTO. Just remove the racing flywheel and that will save you the delay at the 6th gear which will be beneficial for the sake of speed amd acceleration. So if you have done that in the past, now is the the good time to remove and put the normal flywheel and if you are going to play again for the sake of nostalgia, don't purchase that flywheel. I applied that and it did affect my performance greatly on this track, and the hard tuned event. And I got a new fast lap and a new track record, so that's why I'm posting this gameplay. Here's the pal that I got the trick from:    • GT1 - 3000GT lag and turbo spool tricks   It did help me out a lot, and it made thegame a little enjoyable.
