Make sure you have a wired controller or a USB cord that plugs into your wireless controller. When you have waited five hours head to the fast travel map and select Handerson ferry station when the loading screen is finished turn around and enter the fast travel map and select Halai Village. When the map loads Head to your right there will be a metal case on the bottom shelf. Open this case and there will be an orange legendary weapon inside repeat this process as many times as you like! Warning: you cannot wait in a dead zone or Cave it must be a fast travel location.
