Hey guys! Hope you enjoyed :) I really loved making this and trying some new recipes! So I've been working on intuitively eating and listening to what my body wants and when. I try not to eat at specific times just because it's "lunch time" or what not, and just eat when i'm hungry! I also am trying SO hard to stop when I'm full...but sometimes can be difficult when it is SO delicious lol! BUT I am making progress so that's all that matters. But as you saw, I am snacking throughout the day and some days I ate HEAPS and others was so little you probably were wondering how I got through the day (aka thursday). Well on Thursday I slept in until 10 and didn't end up eating my breakfast until 11:30, and that kept me full until almost 4! And as I type this I'm on my 3rd bowl on Banana Nice Cream with Chocolate Sauce, yet on some days I can get full on one banana alone! Every day is different! I really recommend the book "Intuitive Eating: A revolutionary Program That Works!". It has helped me so much and eating intuitively makes it so much more enjoyable and stress free for us former dieters ;) LINKS!
