This glitch happens when you swap any car in the warehouse. Let the car in which you wanna put performance parts in inside the warehouse. Now select a car from your garage which has highest customisation( 18 preferably ). When on the swap with warehouse option. Select it and instantly press left and then press the select button ( on the left is the performance customisation option ). Select the car you wanna swap with and continue pressing select twice. Check the customisation of your current car. The car must be upgraded with a speed card of any category. Repeat this 6 times for all the upgrades.
