Katarina Lotrič is the co-founder and CEO of Gentler Stories, a company established in 2021. Under her leadership, the Gentler Streak app has received two of the industry’s most prestigious awards: App Store App of the Year 2022 and the Apple Design Award for Social Impact 2024. She is the only woman to have won two “Oscars” of mobile apps, the Apple Design Award, with two different products. Active in the mobile app world since 2013, she is a passionate advocate for diverse leadership practices, and apps are her favorite medium for innovation due to their accessibility and adaptability. She holds a degree in Communication Studies from the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana.
